Financial and Technical Supervision

Financial supervision during pre-construction stage by Engineering Company «2K» ensures the objectiveness of the estimated construction cost, and participation in financing scheduling. During construction, the Company ensures the compliance of the cost of the works done, materials used and services rendered, monitors the purpose of using funds as well as the application of the funds allocated. Our financial and technical supervision services involve: monitoring of the observance of the construction schedule, equipment and materials supply tracking, check of the availability and completeness of design estimates, check of the availability and updating of permits and licenses; control over the construction of utilities, control over the cost of works done, check of the emerging additional works and confirming their necessity, verification of the appropriate use of borrowed funds for design, construction, installation and commissioning, supply of equipment and materials; verification of compliance with the estimated and actual expenditures, check of the compliance of volumes and costs of work performed by contractors and fees and services called for payment.
