Quality assurance policy
High quality of work and satisfaction of clients are the main factors of our successful development. To achieve excellence we use a corporate quality management system as well as a set of measures for individual work with customer s, the purpose of which is further cooperation with the companies that have contacted us for the first time.
To that effect we take the following measures:
1. Personnel training / we carry out special in-house staff training based on adopted internal standards, continuously upgrading engineering skills, when delivering large-scale projects we collect in-depth materials relating to the project using our Knowledge Base with more than 20, 000 electronic files in order to have a full understanding of the project and review the previously accumulated data. We also tend to maintain corporate ethos at a high level and work on emphasizing the role of engineers in the construction process. Many of our experts are members of the Russian Union of Engineers, which enables them to take part in exhibitions, workshops, conferences and seminars.
2. Detailed study of the clients’ requirements. We thoroughly study and formulate the clients’ requirements to comply with them, government standards, norms and regulations, and to clarify their content to customer s.
3. Preparation of project teams. For major projects, we create project teams whose work complies with internal quality standards, provided with specialized software ensuring high performance.
4. Quality management system (QMS). The corporate QMS complies with international standards ISO 9001: 2000 - 9004: 2000; QM is continuous and dynamic.
5. Reliability and safety of works. We pay much attention to the reliability of decisions made to ensure long-term operation of facilities.
6. Taking decisions by the management based on an objective analysis of the facts. Forming and using a balanced system of indicators to make managerial decisions including financial and economic performance, customer satisfaction, business process characteristics, benchmarking to identify competitors that are recognized as market leaders.
7. Application of scientific and technical achievements. We are always on the lookout for the latest local and international achievements in construction and technologies achieved in Russia and abroad, we transfer overseas technologies and equipment; apply patent developments and inventions; we use highly reliable and proven materials and component parts of domestic and foreign manufacture; we also use CAD systems. We are ready for new projects today!
