Aerial Photography

When implementing investment and construction projects, customers do not always have the opportunity to visit a construction site and objectively evaluate all the subtle aspects and transparency of its delivery. In this case, the most effective way to collect the comprehensive information on the features of a facility, to evaluate the relative location of objects and infrastructure, to maximize construction progress over time is the use of aerial photography.

Aerial photography is a set of studies on the earth's surface from a height of hundreds of meters to tens of kilometers using an aerial camera mounted on an atmospheric aircraft (airplane, helicopter, zeppelin, etc., or their unmanned analogs). Aerial photography is crucial for surveys (topography, site features), designing (modeling facilities on the site, virtual project modification), construction (real time monitoring and adjustment of the construction process), promotion of investment and construction projects (preparation of advertising booklets) and is a universal tool for various types of objects (land, cottages, residential buildings, power lines and pipelines, oil and gas pipelines, roads and railways).

The main advantages of aerial photography over surface mapping are: creating an idea not only about a building under construction or an already completed one, but also about the surrounding landscape, the ability to show all the advantages of an area; taking pictures in the city, in hard-to-reach places. Photos obtained with the help of aerial photography provide highly detailed images due to excellent quality and large expansion of images.

In the case of photographing cottage estates or large buildings, it allows to provide a clear, comprehensive and spectacular picture that includes all the project facilities and the surrounding area. Our aerial photography services include: plane surveying to determine the interposition of objects on a plane without taking heights into account, it is used for photomapping; oblique aerial photography to specify not only the mutual spatial arrangement of objects, but also their shape, as well as the height of objects relative to each other; hyperspectral aerial photography is used in surveying forests, forest-steppes and agricultural lands; artistic aerial photography is a good solution for advertising, since in addition to the facility itself, special attention is paid to architectural objects and recreation areas.

Advertising aerial photography of real estate items and land plots demonstrates all the advantages of their location and at the same time attracts with unusual shooting angles; aerial laser scanning (ALS) consists of optical-mechanical laser terrain scanning (applications: topographic relief photography and creation of high-precision digital elevation models; three-dimensional grid terrain models; the creation of 3 models of buildings and structures, built-up areas; inventorying of land and property; monitoring of large-scale utility facilities; thermal imaging with the help of pyrometers and thermal imagers for timely identification of increased heat loss of buildings, overheating of production and data communications equipment. It is used in construction, power engineering, fire control, agriculture.

An innovative photography method serves to obtain detailed images of objects and terrains. High- resolution images and automatic positioning allow their subsequent processing in order to obtain aerial photo mosaics and orthophotomaps. The ompany uses software to process the received data. Thus, aerial photography is carried out with a high-tech radio-controlled apparatus, which makes it possible to take high-quality photographs from the air, create mosaic photo series and maps.
