SRO membership
Engineering Company “2K” is a member of the following self-regulated organizations:
1. Non-commercial partnership, First National Organization of Builders, the largest Russian organization in the field of self-regulation in construction, established in 2007.
Its members are more 730 building contractors from 51 region of Russia and two foreign companies. The First National Organization of Builders has a developed system of regional representations and gives broad opportunities to SRO members to implement their business plans. The first National Organization of Builders allows LLC Engineering Company “2K” to carry out the following operations: geodetic surveys, pre-construction operations, excavation, well construction, pile works, soil stabilization, construction of concrete and monolithic reinforced concrete structures, assembly of precast structures and reinforced concrete monolithic structures, installation of stone structures, installation of metal structures, installation of wooden structures, protection of buildings, construction of pipelines (except for main and field pipelines), roofing, facade works, installation of the utilities, installation of external water supply networks, installation of sewers, installation of external heat supply networks, installation of external electrical networks and communication lines, installation of oil and gas facilities, installation, commissioning, construction of roads and aerodromes, construction of bridges, overpasses, hydraulic engineering, diving, construction supervision by an engaged building owner or customer on the basis of a contract by a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, work on the organization of construction, reconstruction and overhaul by an engaged developer or customer on the basis of a contract, by a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur (general contractor)), types of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities including exceptionally dangerous and technically complex capital construction projects (except for nuclear facilities).
2. Non-commercial partnership Association of designers of hazardous production facilities
Engineering Company “2K” cooperates with local and foreign companies that design capital facilities, including hazardous production ones. Membership in the non-commercial partnership Association of designers of hazardous production facilities Spetsproektobjedineniye allows the Company to render the following services: land plot layouts, architectural concepts, design concepts, surveying the internal utilities, preparation of information on the external utilities, process design solutions, development of certain design sections, design of environmental strategies, fire safety measures, measures to ensure access people with reduced / restricted / limited mobility, structural inspections, preparation of design documents by an engaged developer or customer on the basis of a contract between a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur (general designer), work items affecting the safety of capital structures, including especially hazardous and technically complex ones (except for nuclear facilities)
3. Non-commercial partnership Interregional association of energy auditors, Soyuzenergoeffectivnost.
The first self-regulatory organization in the field of energy auditing in the Urals Federal District. It unites more than 50 largest Russian companies with impressive experience in delivering energy saving and energy efficiency projects. In January, 2010 the general meeting of the partnership decided to register a energy auditing self-regulated organization. According to Federal Law No 261-FZ as of 23 November, 2009 On Energy Saving and on Improving Energy Efficiency enterprises have the right to conduct energy audits, only being a member of an energy auditing SRO. Soyuzenergoeffectivnost sets new rules and maintains a high standard of services in the regional energy market. Membership in the non-commercial partnership Interregional Association of Energy Auditors, Soyuzenergoeffectivnost, allows Engineering Company “2K” to make energy surveys
4. Non-commercial partnership (a SRO) Liga Izyskateley (Surveyor League) established in April, 2009 on the basis of existing members of self-regulating organizations, the Alliance of Builders and the Board of Designers.
The main objectives of SROs are to improve the quality of engineering surveys and to prevent harm caused by such work. Liga Izyskateley (Surveyor League) achieves these goals by working out and introducing uniform rules and standards of professional activities and admission to the market of bona fide companies aimed at stable and successful work. Membership in this partnership enables the Company to make engineering surveys that affect the safety of capital structures, namely: geodesic, geological, hydrometeorological, environmental, geotechnical surveys (carried out as part of engineering and geological surveys or separately in case of individual buildings and structures), foundation soil surveys.
5. The Federal Security Service of Russia/ The Federal Security Service strictly monitors the protection of state secrets.
Engineering Company “2K” enjoys the confidence of the federal authorities, which is proved by the license from the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation to use the information constituting state secrets. The document allows the Company to work on sensitive projects, access to which is restricted. The FSS license confirms professionalism and competence of the Company when working with secret information. In addition, the document proves high corporate ethics and strict observance of trade secrets, which in modern conditions is an integral and extremely important element in business relations.
