Engineering Company «2K» maintains a high equipment level to be able to independently carry out most of design and construction. State-of-the-art equipment ensures our success. The company's office is located in Intellect Park business center downtown Moscow (Butyrsky Val Street). 

The company has its own first-rate facilities, a computer system, licensed design and simulation software for estimation, pre-conceptual search and research, visualization of investment and construction projects; there are modern meeting rooms for meetings with a large number of project participants present in the business center. 

Today, we have a fleet of our own construction equipment and cutting-edge control and measurement tools that allows us to monitor the quality of our own work and that of subcontractors during construction and equipment installation. We have heavy and light construction equipment, vehicles, construction equipment, custom-made software, an engineering and technical knowledge database, construction supervision devices. 

We use software for architectural design, cost estimation, development of individual engineering solutions, network planning, reviewing completed projects. The software also allows us to effectively supervise construction (tekhnicheskiy zakazchik), act as general designer and general contractor. 

Construction machinery and equipment help to carry out construction of varying complexity - from soil development and continuous foundation casting to installing reinforced concrete structures. We have cranes, backhoe loaders, bulldozers, etc. Our ability to both develop and deliver projects ensures the continuity of the process and a high economic efficiency. In this case, the communication and information between the client and the contractor are not lost, which significantly affects the construction period. The reliability of our decisions is assessed by an external independent expert board giving its conclusion and introducing amendments. 

Our own non-destructive testing laboratory enables us to monitor the quality of our own work and that of our subcontractors. The devices ensure the objectivity of construction supervision revealing the defects to be eliminated. 

Engineering Company «2K» uses state-of-the-art nondestructive testing tools, which enables our engineers in a short time to take measurements. Operating technical supervision allows for effective real-time management addressing all the issues arising before facility commissioning. We have the most sophisticated equipment including but not limited to flaw:

- detectors tracing cracks in foundations, walls, weld joints; 

- pyrometers contactlessly measuring the temperature of equipment under tension or in motion or located in hard-to-get-at places, detecting heat leakage, thermohygrometers determining thermal conductivity of construction materials by measuring continuous heat flux density (heat insulation); 

- concrete strength meters for regular concrete curing quality monitoring (shock wave method), its strength at all stages of construction; 

- thickness gauges determining surface varnish or protective layer sufficiency;

- adhesion meters measuring adhesion strength of ceramic tiles, textured coatings, plasters, protective, paint coatings with a base; 

- plane laser systems are designed to quickly and accurately set horizontal, vertical or inclined planes to trace possible variations; 

- energy monitors to measure and record power quality indicators and network operation; 

- anemometers-thermometers measuring the speed of directional airflows in ventilation systems (air ducts, channels) of industrial and non-industrial facilities;

- humidity meters designed for operational production control of wood moisture, and that of a wide range of building and bulk materials.
