Compliance with international standards - EUROCODES

The Eurocodes are the ten European standards (EN; harmonized technical rules) specifying how structural design should be conducted within the European Union (EU). These were developed by the European Committee for Standardization upon the request of the European Commission in the mid-1970s and cover all the spheres of construction, leading to a uniform quality standard, both from a technical, performance point of view, and that of project documentation.
