The Principal designer is responsible for project development and delivery, execution of design documents and compliance with them during construction. Principal contractors are chosen by tender based on the project portfolio, reliability, similar successfully delivered projects, service fees, service period. The winner of the tender is entitled to work out design documents pursuant with the contract.
