Engineering Company “2K” is a team of professionals with an extensive portfolio of successfully delivered large-scale investment and construction projects. We take on all the responsibilities associated with project development, a full range of surveys, expert examinations, state supervision, HSE compliance. Our competencies include: bank crediting, recruitment of Russian and foreign investors, execution of contracts and conclusion of deals. As a rule, project management is entrusted to Project teams, which include: head of the project team and his/her deputy in charge of construction, architects, surveyors, civil engineers, power engineers, HSE engineers, lawyers and economists. Each team has vastly experienced staff who aim to go above and beyond in terms of quality, value, delivery and good practice to ensure the successful delivery - on time and on budget - of every single project. 

The Company delivers the majority of works using its own staff, facilities, equipment and subsidiaries Generalnaya Podryadnaya Kompania and Stroitelnaya Industria. Project management contracting is governed by Russian legislation and international standards. Cooperation is possible in the format stipulated by the Russian legislation: construction supervisor, general designer, general contractor, technical supervision (construction supervision). The contract implies the performance of the bulk of the works by the contractor, whereas in accordance with the standard-form contract / the management company assumes the functions of determining the subcontractors' scope and coordinating their activities. 

The choice of the way of project interaction depends on the customers’ wishes and its vision of project benefits and prospects. At the pre-construction stage, we execute contractual documents, estimates, distribute funds, take on front-end engineering and design, as well as design, select contractors and negotiate with them. One of the necessary stages of pre-construction is the estimation of the quantity and purpose of the necessary equipment, its delivery and installation on site, which helps to ensure the construction process with the necessary materials and exercise control over their quality. In the course of construction, our experts, working directly on the site, monitor the fulfillment of tasks within the established timeframe, the roper use of construction equipment and financing, the compliance of the facility built with project documents and technical specifications of the customer. 

Engineering Company “2K” takes on technical supervision over all the structural elements at each construction stage with the help of its own non-destructive testing laboratory, which allows for timely detection and elimination of defects. Careful internal control, which is provided by project teams, will exclude hidden defects. We check the contractor's compliance with all the necessary labor protection standards and ensure environmental safety of production. Our clients receive detailed written monthly reports on the use of the budget, construction progress, schedule compliance and possible risks that could affect construction completion. The reports are prepared in accordance with the Company's approved corporate quality standards developed over many years of practice, which allows the managers of the Client and other users of the services provided by the Company to easily find their way in project implementation. In case of unforeseen financial and technical circumstances, we are ready to offer our Clients the most advantageous way out that minimizes project risks and financial costs.
